Palliser School Division Agrees to Partner With Edsembli to Streamline and Optimize the Administrative Process

Nestled amidst the scenic prairies of southern Alberta, Palliser School Division works to engender the unique potential of both rural and urban students. Spanning from Calgary in the North to Lethbridge in the south, the division hosts approximately 9,000 K-12 students across 15 community schools, 17 Hutterite colony schools, 2 outreach programs, an e-learning program, 3 German Mennonite alternative programs, and 12 faith-based alternative schools.

Two Major Reasons Why They Chose Edsembli

Alignment with Digital Transformation Initiatives. COVID-19 forced schools across the province to shift to an e-learning environment — yet even prior to that, the school division sought to overhaul their back office processes. The Edsembli Ecosystem’s fully-integrated nature was a perfect fit, allowing them to minimize manual tasks, reduce reliance on paper-based documents, and optimize their HR processes.

A Modern Learning Environment. The needs and priorities of students have shifted, and school systems must evolve to keep pace. Leadership at Palliser School Division recognized this, and identified Edsembli’s modern cloud technology as the perfect means to support the dynamic nature of modern K-12 education.

Why Edsembli?

  • A reliable provider committed to Canadian K-12 education.
  • Flexibility through the capacity to integrate with third-party applications.
  • Greater visibility to data and strong reporting capabilities.
  • Lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
  • A strong voice in Edsembli’s roadmap and development plans.

We are pleased to announce the partnership between Edsembli and Palliser School Division through our modern cloud-based technology built for K-12 administration. We are excited to work in collaboration with the Palliser School Division team to achieve their goals now and in the future.
